Notice – New SHOA Property Manager
Dear Shorehaven Homeowners,
Metro Management Development and the Shorehaven Homeowners Association (SHOA) are pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Lyric Lagos as the new on-site Property Manager for the Shorehaven Homeowners Association.
Mr. Lagos will officially begin on June 2, 2026, and will be assisting homeowners with SHOA-related matters, community operations, homeowner concerns, and day-to-day management issues within the Shorehaven community.
His regular office schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
