Governance
The Shorehaven Homeowners Association, Inc., (SHOA) is Board of Directors is composed of 9 Board members elected by the community to ensure the community operates according to the agreed upon rules and regulations as articulated in the association bylaws and governing documents. With an annual budget of approximately $5.2 million dollars a year, the Shorehaven Homeowners Association is responsible for hiring the management company to manage the day to day operations including overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the shared amenities, such as landscaping, snow removal and security services to ensure maximum safety and security to the beautiful waterfront community. The Shorehaven Homeowners Association is dedicated to managing in a way that promotes harmony, sustainability and growth.
In addition to the SHOA umbrella board, each phase/section of the community is also managed by Individual Condominium Boards, who oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the condominium buildings.
